By using the SDLE platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
SDLE provides a platform for polo clubs to manage sessions and for players to discover and book polo activities. We are not a polo club and do not provide polo instruction or facilities directly.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Bookings are confirmed when payment is successfully processed via Stripe. Cancellation policies are set by individual clubs. SDLE charges a platform fee on each transaction, clearly displayed at checkout.
Clubs listing sessions are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety of their facilities, and compliance with all relevant regulations and the rules of any applicable governing body.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
SDLE is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from activities booked through the platform. All polo activities carry inherent risk and clubs are solely responsible for participant safety.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
